Can't police poor hotel etiquette but the Hard Rock staff was concerned and responsive. Music lovers are excitedly waiting inside The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City’s stunning Etess Arena this Friday, October 4, 2019, for the start of a unique Doublevision: Then & Now. In protest that security asked them to stop the loud party, they banged on our walls and slammed their door over and over until 3am. (It was a non smoking floor) caused eye and throat irritation for the rest of the night. Unfortunately, a restful night was not an option for us that night Fumes and odor from their excessive smoking penetrated our adjoining room. Have to make a specific thank you to the hotel operator and security who responded with appropriate concern when the guests in an adjoining room started a loud party/concert at 1:45am, waking us from a peaceful sleep. Housekeeping staff are responsive and keep the premises very clean. Beverage servers are efficient And polite. ALL EXCELLENT food, service and price/value! Services at the Spa wereamazing! All staff very warm and inviting.
